§ For Humanity | For Justice | For Life. §

EquiVoice focuses on key themes such as Gender Autonomy, Social Inclusion, Economic Empowerment, Eliminating Gender-Based Violence, Promoting Sustainable Development, Education, Healthcare, Livelihoods, and Integrated Natural Resource Management. These initiatives align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a strong emphasis on gender equality.

Although the foundation's interventions and programs are in the planning stages, EquiVoice aims to operate across the country in both urban and rural areas. EquiVoice will engage in both short-term and long-term development projects and humanitarian responses. While some interventions will be directly implemented by EquiVoice, the organization prioritizes collaboration with civil society and community-based organizations (CBOs) that are locally rooted.

Adopting a rights-based approach for inclusive and sustainable development, EquiVoice emphasizes evidence-based advocacy to improve policy implementation. Working with state institutions to ensure access to social security measures, rights, entitlements, and services is central to its mission.

EquiVoice partners with a wide range of stakeholders, including Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), the private sector, multilateral and bilateral development agencies, philanthropic institutions, and government bodies. By bringing together diverse capabilities and capacities, EquiVoice seeks scalable solutions to address poverty and promote social justice, equity, and dignity.

The foundation is structured to support its mission with an experienced governing board and a passionate, diverse leadership team operating across its intervention areas. Driven by a vision of creating a just, inclusive, and equitable society, EquiVoice Alliance Foundation is committed to transforming hope into action for the poor, vulnerable, and marginalized.

From the Desk of the Executive Director

Dear Friends,

Welcome to the EquiVoice Alliance Foundation!

As the Executive Director, I am thrilled to extend my warmest greetings. Since our inception on May 29, 2024, we have been dedicated to championing gender equality and social justice across India.

Our foundation is built on a fundamental belief: every person, irrespective of gender, sexuality, or background, deserves equal opportunities in life. We amplify voices for equality and empowerment, ensuring inclusivity for all.

At EquiVoice, we combine grassroots insights with innovative strategies, blending research with real-world impact, and pairing heart with action. As bell hooks stated, “Love is an action, never simply a feeling.” Our vision is a world where equity and solidarity are everyday realities.

We are doers with ambitious goals. We strive for gender autonomy, social inclusion, economic empowerment, and the eradication of gender-based violence and discrimination. As Judith Butler said, “The task is not whether to repeat, but how to repeat, or more precisely, what will count as a repetition.” We uplift marginalized communities through skill development and advocate against harmful social and gender practices.

Our dedication extends to sustainable development, education, healthcare, livelihoods, and integrated natural resource management. Inspired by Amartya Sen’s capability approach, we aim to expand the freedoms people enjoy as both the means and end of development.

As we begin this transformative journey, I warmly invite you to join us. Whether you are an individual eager to make a difference, an organization ready to collaborate, or a community seeking support, your participation is crucial. Together, we can spark significant change and build a society where everyone has the opportunity to flourish.

Thank you for your interest in the EquiVoice Alliance Foundation. Let’s roll up our sleeves and get to work. Together, we will make a world of difference!

With heartfelt enthusiasm,
